Site Maintenance Policy
Upon receipt of final payment, we will give you a copy of the sheet containing all pertinent information for accessing your site’s control panel such as username, password, and IP number, placing you in full control of where, when, and by whom your site is edited.

Self-Service Maintenance Program
The hands-on approach
We set you up with a user-friendly computer program which allows you to easily update your site whenever you choose. Included are two hours of private training.

Full-Service Maintenance Program
The hands-off approach
We promptly make changes when you contact us. No monthly fees or contracts, so you never pay for what you don’t need!
• $65/hour fee with a 1 hour minimum and 0.5 hour increments

Technical Support
At the date of completion, your site is placed under a 30 day limited warranty covering any bugs, errors, or mistakes caused by negligence on the part of Imaracom. Any technical support provided within this time period is free of charge. Thereafter all technical support, whether via telephone or email, is subject to the below service fee. We have for your convenience a support section on our website containing step-by-step instructions which may be accessed at any time free of charge.
• $65/hour fee with a 0.5 hour minimum and 0.5 hour increments

Estimate Process
For each project Imaracom, LLC will give you an estimate which details the projected price based on initial site design agreed upon between Imaracom, LLC and you. The price will not increase unless you add features or content greater than the initial plan. Any changes to the plan that will result in an additional charge will be discussed with you in advance. Also, if your site is simplified during the design process, we will pass on the savings to you*. At the date of completion the site is placed under a 30 day limited warranty covering any bugs, errors, or mistakes caused by negligence on the part of Imaracom, LLC.
*Total value of simplifications must not exceed 20% of original estimate total.
